Roseon and Spinel Labs, a Synergy Meant To Happen

It’s not often when two platforms find that they are great not only independently, but can complement each other’s if they combine forces. For us at Roseon and the wonderful team at Spinel Labs, this just happened in a way we never imagined possible.

We are lucky to have discovered each other during the BNB Chain Web3 Stars Accelerator Vietnam. Both platforms are in the top slot and karma brought both teams together to find out that there is a lot we can benefit from one another. Today, we are immensely happy to announce that both Roseon and Spinel Labs have formalized an agreement that sees the platforms working mutually towards expansion.

Both Roseon and Spinel Labs were in the top 9 BNB Chain Web3 Stars Accelerator Vietnam, an intense competition where several projects vied for the top slot. Roseon and Spinel Labs were chosen for their acute focus on giving priority to user experience. With Spinel Labs and Roseon making the cut, it goes to show how both platforms are user-centric and sincere in their mission of providing bleeding-edge services to the masses.

Synergetic Existence

As a one-stop crypto lifestyle app, Roseon has gained traction as an established platform, with close to 200K registered users. It breaks down barriers to entry and at the same time provides ease of services and exposure to different world-class projects and their assets.

Spinel Labs is also a Web3 platform. But it offers a different approach. Spinel Labs offers people a chance to build their own Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) without the need of having complex coding knowledge. What it does is that it connects different people from all parts of the world. Users can operate DAOs (called Squads in Spinel Labs’ ecosystem) to operate anything, from communities to fundraisers to investments and even governance.

For Roseon, this creates an opportunity where it can act as a service provider to Spinel Labs’ users. With access to Roseon, Squads can add in investors and fund managers – even gain access to the different projects running on Roseon to back.

On the other side of the coin, Spinel Labs can provide Roseon users with opportunities beyond the projects running on Roseon itself. They can join Squads to make more investments, fund different startups and even take part in governing Squads themselves.

The Way Forward

The Roseon/Spinel Labs agreement will see a number of activities that both platforms will deploy to not only support cross-platform users but to attract a larger audience that is currently not on both ecosystems:

Combined Marketing Activities: Each brand brings its own value and potential user base to the table, attracting future users to the other platform, becoming more than the sum of their parts.
Roseon Integration on Spinel: Spinal Labs will support Roseon by listing it in their app store, opening avenues for Roseon users.
Spinel Labs on Roseon: Roseon will offer the different Spinel Labs’ solutions to projects and platforms wishing to enlist on Roseon. This will expand the outreach of Spinel Labs.
Squad Tokens on Roseon: With Squads able to mint their own tokens, the large user base and IDO nature of Roseon gives Spinel Squads the perfect opportunity to list their tokens on the Roseon launchpad services.

In The Top 9

Aimed specifically to promote the use of decentralization and blockchain for the next iteration of the internet, the competition included more than 150 different crypto and web3 related platforms. We feel honored that among so many contestants, Roseon has been shortlisted, making it into the list of the top 9 projects the BNB Chain community saw as the best.

The BNB Chain panelists subjected each project to rigorous tests that included feasibility, adoption, viability, security and much more. With our approach towards building an ecosystem that is easy to understand and use that enables even the most crypto novices to get on board the decentralization bandwagon, ours was deemed worthy of the shortlist.

We are getting the chance to connect with the 2.5 million BNB Chain community members, giving unprecedented exposure to not only Roseon as a platform, but boosting our user base and offerings as we will expand and include more services with the increased demand.

While we have made it into the final cut, the journey has only begun. On Sep 7th, we had the pitch on the BNB Chain YouTube, Twitter and Binance Live streaming as we and other candidates are allotted 10 minutes each to present a demo and answer the panels’ queries.

Product Department

CMs Department (Mr. Longgoo): We will have the Head of each department to join the today AMA. The founder has some unexpected meeting with crucial. We appreciate your time and participation. We have many loyal users here. Let’s start with Mr. Tri, Head of Product Development department.

Product Development (Mr. Tri): Hello you guys, I’m Tri – Head of product of Roseon. So far, we’ve just got in the top 10 of Roseon Web3 Accelerator. In the next version we wil integrate with Celer bridge and we will support BEP 1155 NFT (BSC). The Zombie Warrior will have PVP mode in the upcoming weeks, users can use points to bet and earn Rose points. Leaderboard could be added to the app together with PvP.

We also have a plan to create #digital_identity_NFT, users can use our NFT and set it on your profile to get life-time NFT. If you hold and use digital identity NFT, you will get fee discount forever. We also integrate Solana swap in the app. We have a voucher system which will be available in the next 2-3 months. The vouchers are diversified from food voucher, merchandise voucher. Lending service will also be available for users to experience. That is the short-term update for 2022 and early 2023.

For a long-term development, we will have a social platform in the app and analytics tool for trading and investment. The Wonder Land takes more time than we expected so we may focus on building the most-effective app now. However, we are still working on Wonderland in the backend. After the Wonderland has been integrated successfully, we will migrate our available features to Wonderland and the metaverse begins. We may have some obstacles during development process but we will try to achieve as many milestones as soon as possible following the roadmap.

CMs Department: Thank you Mr. Tri. I believe that Roseon will become a super app soon with mult-chain support, gaming, defi, social activities etc. Loyal users obviously will get a lot of returns if they stick together with our development process as they can accumulate early rewards over time, get recognized by the team etc via our marketing and communities’ events. Ms. Danie will explain more about this.

Marketing Department

Marketing Department (Ms. Danie): As you know Roseon has been selected as the top 10 in BNB Web3 Stars Accelerator Vietnam, over 150 competitors in the event. This is one of our great achievements so far. We got a lot of support from Binance beside funding, they help us to acquire more users and provide strategy for us to catch up with the upcoming trend in the late 2022. They will also support us more on partnership and promotion in the upcoming time.

From the Marketing side, we got 100 thousand KYC-ed app users and more than 10 thousand daily-active users. By 2023, we try to achieve around 1 million users’ registration. We almost finalize the Marketing strategy for the upcoming months. We also trying to encourage and attract more traditional users to the app. The new mission of Roseon App is to simplify crypto journey for any users. Newbie in crypto market who is willing to learn about crypto can use Roseon app to understand and experience many segments in the crypto market. Our vision is to bring cryptos and blockchain into mass adoption via Roseon ecosystem. That’s why in the upcoming month, there will be a lot of activities including Trading Competition with bigger prize, rewards for new users, etc with support from BNB Chain. We also kick off more Marketing to attract traditional gamers. Specially, a very big events for the WORLD CUP will occur during November.

Our team has contacted and partnered with many local universities in the country, our very first step to bring cryptos and blockchain into mass adoption. We will share with them knowledge and guidance about the crypto market.

Partnership Department

CMs Lead: Ms. Lynn – Head of Business Development will explain and share with you more information about our partnership status over the past few months and in the next months.

Business Development Dept (Ms. Lynn): Yes, it is a good time to build so we have expanded our partnership over the past few months. In term of staking and farming, we have reached 30 new projects and we are still working our way up to close at least 10% of them to bring more yield to our users. With support from BEP-1155 NFT, we quite believe that we can bring more investment opportunities to users as well. In term of games, we are discussing with many game studios to expand our game portfolio in Game Center. We are also developing our own game, which may be linked with the upcoming NFT collection. As Danie also mentioned, we are looking to work with the top local universities to create a series of Crypto Educational Workshop over the whole country. With the support of BNB Chain, our plan will penetrate the market in the upcoming time, I believe so. Thank you!

CMs Lead: Yes, we are expanding our network in the area and trying to attract more first-time users like students. I believe it will work well as they belong to young generation and young generations are very hyped by technology and investments right now.

Let me share a bit about our updates for the community segment. We will pull a lot of users to the community with the support from BNB promotions support. There will be a lot of Community activities during the next 2-3 months, especially during the World Cup time. Community team will work closely with Marketing Departments to monitor and create as many events as possible. Users are advised to spend more time to get rewards from the community. Free tokens, NFTs are just small rewards. Users will get a bigger prize if they get special NFTs in the whole collection (like the World Cup collection). Users may have a chance to get huge prize at zero costs based on their contribution to the community.

What is Roseon Ventures?

A former Managing Partner of Lavender Capital, Roseon has decided to further extend its brand with Roseon Ventures. Our goal is to incubate and help early-stage GameFi and Metaverse start-ups with investment, advisory and community building.

What is Magic Square?

Magic Square (backed by Binance), simplifies crypto by offering a decentralized solution. With a simple and user-friendly design, users can explore dApps, CeFi and DeFi, NFTs, Games, and much more in one place.

The Magic Store is a Web3 solution in which the community vets, ranks, and prioritizes apps using a DAO system, with clear earning criteria and SQR token rewards to encourage validators, producers, and users to participate. Using the MagicID, users can access all community-vetted content with a single click (Decentralized ID). This multi-chain wallet solution aspires to be the Web3 equivalent of Google or Apple connect.

How do we plan to help and scale Magic Square?

As an incubator and a Launchpad, Roseon aims to bring many qualified web 3 projects to Magic Square and the Magic Store.

In addition, the Magic Affiliates referral program provides budding projects with the opportunity to get momentum from the store and network of partners. Project owners will only be charged when visitors convert based on the specified criteria.

Also, the wide product range of Magic Square, such as the Magic ID, Magic Store, and Magic Affiliates, can potentially be driving forces of Web3 ecosystem mass adoption and implementation.” Magic Square is the first app store for the crypto economy, bringing together the complete power of blockchain technology in one place to offer a seamless experience with community-vetted apps. The first phase of our Beta Launch had an overwhelmingly favorable response, demonstrating that it was well received by the community.

As they move forward with future innovations, we will continue to strengthen this component of our platform. Phase II Early Access registration is now open.

BNB Chain Web3 Stars Accelerator Vietnam Top 10 Winners Announced

The registration for BNB Chain Web3 Accelerator Vietnam officially ended last week. Over a period of more than 2 weeks, around 150 teams joined the program. After a rigorous selection process, 10 teams were selected as winners at this stage. They will continue their journey for the next two months to compete for the September Star and October Grand Final places.

These 10 teams cover mainly gaming, infrastructure, lifestyle and DeFi sectors. To better showcase the 10 winning projects to our community and provide a chance for the winning teams to connect with each other, two events will be held in addition to our original online accelerator program.

On Sept.7, a demo day under the Vietnam Accelerator incubation stage for 10 winning teams will go live via BNB Chain youtube, Twitter and Binance live. Each winning team will be given 10 minutes for demonstration and Q&A;

On Sept.9, an offline innovation meetup will be held in Zumwhere, Vietnam to celebrate all the winners and participants, introduce our sponsors, and our future plan in Vietnam. Please stay tuned for further details on how to participate in the event via our official Twitter @BNBChain. There will also be a lucky draw and giveaways for the online demo day.

During the meetup, our sponsors will present the significant support they provide to all the participants and winners. AWS will provide up to $10,000 worth of AWS credits and 1:1 technical consultation from AWS technical experts with top 10 winners.

From NodeReal, besides a 3 month-long Growth Tier for all participants to access the fastest API service including NFT APIs on BNBChain, top 10 winners will be additionally entitled to one-on-one consultations. Winners will also be invited to the NodeReal MeetUp Side event during Token 2049 Singapore.

CyberConnect is set to offer each participating project a month-long growth plan, and has outlined an incredible further 6 month growth plan for the chosen top 10 project.

Last but not least, CertiK has offered to deliver winning projects 24/7 on-chain and off-chain monitoring services for the eventual chosen winners. Alongside this they will also ensure a 3-month membership to Skynet and even a 15% discount on any ensuing security assessments.
