This is a detailed guide on how to participate in an IDO/INO in RoseonApp for both the Allocation and FCFS rounds. Let us walk you through the guide to ensure you have a smooth experience participating in any IDO/INO on RoseonPad.
Important notice:
- Please be aware that RoseonPad is exclusively available on the Roseon App (iOS, Android and Web App) and is not accessible through Roseon website. Download Roseon App here.
- Identity verification (KYC Level 2) is required for all users who would like to join any IDO/INO projects at RoseonPad.
Let’s start with part 1.
Part 1: Preparation for the IDO/INO
There are 3 things you need to pay attention to before the sale starts to ensure you can participate in the IDO/INO with no harshness: Identity Verification, IDO/INO’s Terms and Conditions, and Funds Deposits.
1. Identity Verification
For any IDO/INO participation, Level-2 KYC is mandatory for users. Just simply go to “Profile” ➡️ “Identity Verification” to start. The verification process takes 3-5 days, so be sure to complete KYC before the sale begins.
2. IDO/INO Sale’s Information
Pay attention to the IDO/INO Sale’s Terms and Conditions (Supported currency, token price, vesting schedule, max allocation, etc.). The supported currencies for each project vary, so in order to purchase IDO/INO tokens, you need to know the supported currency by reading the IDO/INO Sale’s Information and deposit the correct ones (for example: USDT BEP20, USDC.e or BNB, etc).
You can find all information about the sale at Roseon Launchpad or in the RoseonPad section. On the “Home” page, click on “RoseonPad” with the rocket icon. All the up-to-date information about IDO/INOs, including upcoming, live and completed projects.
3. Funds Deposits
We recommend that you deposit or purchase supported currency into your wallet at least 48 hours before the sale starts. This will allow us to provide prompt assistance in case of any errors or pending transactions.
You can easily deposit funds or swap directly on Roseon App. Check out Roseon App User Guide on page 10 for “How to Deposit” and page 18 for “How to Swap” in Roseon App.
Notice:
- Before depositing or swapping into stablecoins for any round, make sure you take the time to carefully read the information provided on the token sale to avoid any wrong deposits.
- Kindly choose the correct network to deposit tokens into your personal wallet address on Roseon App. Your balance will be updated after deposited successfully.
Part 2: Participate in the IDO/INO
Each IDO/INO project consists of two rounds:
- Allocation round for Whitelist users or those with VIP levels 2 to 10.
- FCFS (First come first serve) round for all Roseon users who completed KYC Level 2.
The Allocation round precedes the FCFS round, and any unsold tokens from the Allocation round will be carried over to the FCFS round. Each round usually goes through four stages: Get ready ➡️ Allocation ➡️ FCFS ➡️ Completed.
Projects available for sale will be listed in the “Live” section at the “Get ready” stage. Token purchase is only allowed during the “Allocation” and “FCFS” rounds. We advise you to be at the RoseonPad section around 5-10 minutes prior to the start of any IDO/INO.
Are you ready to participate in the IDO/INO? Follow these 3 simple steps to secure your allocation:
Step 1: Go to the “RoseonPad” section on the “Home” page and click on the project you want to participate in the IDO/INO.
Step 2: Enter the amount you want to purchase in USD.
Step 3: Click “Confirm” and enter password.
Requirement to participate in the Allocation and FCFS rounds:

Example: If the pool has 100,000 tokens, and we have the size of participants:
- 5 VIP 5
- 10 VIP 4
- 20 VIP 3
- 50 VIP 2
- 100 Lucky users in the whitelist
The combined of weight will be: 5*80 + 10*50 + 20*30 + 50*10 +100*5 = 2,500
Each share (ticket) can buy: 100,000 / 2,500 = 40
Each VIP 5 can buy: 40*80 = 3200 token
Each VIP 4 can buy: 50*40 = 2000 token
Similar to other VIP levels
Note:
- Please note that you cannot purchase higher than the “Your Max Allocation”. When the deposit transaction is executed, your purchase cannot be redeemed.
- Your purchased allocation = Your deposit/Token price
Part 3: Claim IDO/INO allocations
After purchasing IDO/INO tokens, you will receive automatic claims based on the project’s public vesting schedule.
You can view the 1st Claim (UTC) time and vesting schedule at Roseon LaunchPad or in the “Completed” section of RoseonPad.
To track future claims:
Step 1: Go to the “Completed” section on RoseonPad and click on the IDO/INO project you participated in.
Step 2: Check your wallet balance under the “Wallet” section. Your purchased IDO/INO tokens will be sent to your Roseon wallet automatically.
