FAQ

1. How long does it take to verify my KYC?
Normally, it takes half a day to verify KYC if you submit legal documents and follow the eligible documents format.

2️. What to do if KYC fails?
You can request for a review and resubmission via our email ([email protected]) as a last resort. Kindly make sure that you fill in the correct information, and pictures of your documents should be readable and have all four corners.

3️. Why can’t I receive OTP?
Due to heavy traffic, we are fixing the Code OTP function, it may take up to 1 day for maintenance (can be earlier), kindly pause your KYC process and be patient.

4. What to do with a $100 rROSN Free trial?
You can stake on the “Welcome Offer” pool in the “Farms” section, and earn $ROSN. You can harvest $ROSN anytime. ROSN is Roseon’s native token, which can be used for all services (staking, farming, game center, launchpad, etc.).

5. When can we receive a Free trial?
We will check the data from the system and send rROSN to you on Friday each week until the end of the campaign. Weekly distribution ends at 14:00 UTC each Friday. We may distribute trial funds earlier depending on the workload, so kindly try to complete your Sumsub KYC as soon as possible.

6. Can I withdraw the $2 referral bonus immediately?
We will check the referral data and inform you of the amount of the bonus you will receive on July 25th and August 9th. You will receive the bonus reward within 7 days after the announcement.
